2026 Kids' Chance of Iowa Bowling for Scholarships Registration

340 Jordan Creek Pkwy, West Des Moines, IA 50266

Please join us for a night of bowling and live music by The Juan & Only.

The number of tickets on the next page is the total number of sponsorships/bowlers you are purchasing. As an example, if you purchase a lane sponsorship and one team registration, that is two tickets. If you purchase two social registrations and no sponsorships or bowlers, that is two tickets. The 3rd page will ask what specific sponsorships/bowlers you are purchasing.

Thank you for supporting the SFM Foundation!
